New Home Electrical Installation

When a relative of one of our current principal partners engaged us to complete the electrical installation for their custom-built home, we were proud to be part of the project. The residence—a beautifully designed Cape Cod–style home—along with a large outbuilding and in-ground pool, required a thoughtfully engineered, high-capacity electrical system. One of our retired principal partners, and uncle of the homeowners, personally designed the entire electrical system, dusted off his tool belt, and participated directly in the installation, ensuring every detail reflected his decades of expertise.

Leveraging our commercial experience, we installed a 400-amp service to the home and a 200-amp service to the outbuilding, complete with a fully integrated backup generation system. Structured data infrastructure, including equipment racks in both the home and outbuilding, was incorporated to support modern connectivity needs.
