Safety

Safety is our number one priority.

At Blackhawk-Neff, protecting our clients and our team is at the core of every project, and we take every precaution to maintain a safe working environment.

Our comprehensive Safety Program is developed in accordance with applicable regulations outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 29 and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Part 1910 guidelines. Job supervisors are thoroughly trained in all Safety Manual requirements and receive additional site- or project-specific training when needed.

To ensure consistent oversight, we maintain a dedicated Safety Coordinator who works closely with project teams to monitor compliance and implement best practices. Our teams are equipped with the necessary checklists, documentation, and planning tools to develop safe work plans for each phase of a project. When required, we also create project-specific safety documentation in-house to address unique site conditions and elevated safety requirements.

Blackhawk-Neff is also a proud member of industry oversight organizations including ISNetworld, AVETTA and NCMS, where our safety and compliance programs are fully recognized and supported.

At Blackhawk-Neff, completing a project is only part of the mission. For us, it’s just as important that it’s done on time, with the highest level of quality, in the safest way possible.
