Commercial / Commercial Institutional - Beaver, PA

This project involved the new construction of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 712 Union Hall in Beaver, Pennsylvania, built entirely from the ground up with a complete electrical system installation. The scope included state-of-the-art LED lighting design, a full audio and visual system with accent lighting, integrated access control and fire alarm systems, and the installation of electric vehicle charging stations, delivering a modern and fully functional facility for the local union.

As a special project for our own union members, this job allowed IBEW 712 electricians to work on the construction of their own hall, making it both a professional and personal milestone for our workforce. The project was executed with a focus on quality, safety, and innovation, and our team is proud to have been selected as the contractor to bring this union hall to life, creating a space that reflects the craftsmanship, skill, and dedication of our IBEW members.
